About Me! Who Am I?
Let’s get straight to it, I’ve been where you are: Angry. Exhausted. Irritable. Overwhelmed. Anxious.
I know what it feels like to be defeated…and depleted. To feel like you’re doing everything right, that you’ve tried everything, but you still feel like cr@p.
But I also know that there’s hope.
And while it took me longer than I would have liked to balance my body and heal my hormones, it took me even longer to figure out that I had to start at the beginning - my adrenal glands. Because every single cell in our body responds to cortisol. After all, our adrenal glands are there to keep us safe. And safe = ALIVE. So when your adrenals are struggling, it goes without saying that you will be too.
But I do what I do today so that my struggle doesn’t have to be yours.
I tried to “go it alone” because that’s the type of woman I am - a doer. But ultimately, that just drove me more into burnout from trying all the things and never actually knowing what my body needed and a clear path to get there.
Today, I’ve not only healed my own body and burnout (aka “adrenal fatigue”) as a Certified Nutrition Consultant and HTMA Consultant but I’ve helped almost a hundred women bring balance back to their bodies, hormones, and most importantly, their lives.
I continue to pursue and obtain advanced mineral and nutrient certifications and am always evolving my knowledge so that I can best serve you.
